Here is my top 3 list of foods/ advice to trim up these high estrogen sites.
- Reduce alcohol intake – there is no point reducing estrogen if you don’t increase testosterone first
- Cruciferous veggies – broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussel sprouts and kale just to name a few
- Watercress – one of the oldest leaf vegetables consumed by humans; this is the gold standard for estrogen modulators!
