It takes 30 days to form a habit and 80% will fail.\u00a0 One of main reasons is that people like to be accountable to someone (I will have more on this later)<\/p><p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tip 1<\/strong><\/p><p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Can\u2019t eat after 7pmand not again till noon the next day<\/strong><\/p><p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why is this important- 2 reasons:<\/p><p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.
