I am not saying that you can\u2019t indulge but I inform my clients that they can indulge 20% of the time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Some of the benefits of IF include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Improves insulin sensitivity.\n<ul>\n<li>The body becomes more sensitive to the effects of insulin\u2026 less insulin secretion per meal\u2026 lower blood glucose and insulin levels!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotes autophagy.\n<ul>\n<li>Regular bodily process where damaged, old, and dysfunctional proteins are consumed by the body.
