What happened- after 6 weeks they burned an extra 289 claories per day.\u00a0 What does this mean- approximately every two weeks you could optimally lose 1 lb of fat! To even increase this- EXERCISE in the cold!<\/li>\n<li>Eat an apple per day- this stimulates Brown fat production.<\/li>\n<li>Increase your melatonin levels- try and do this by turning off tvs, cell phones and other lights before bed. As well, if you do wake up in the middle of the night- KEEP your EYES CLOSED! Light will inhibit melatonin production.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid a low fat diet! In fact\u2026 increase your good fats such as Omega 3\u2019s and increase your brown fat activity.<\/li>\n<li>CUT out sugar! Choose a better option such as Stevia to satisfy your sweet tooth.<\/li>\n<li>Exercise less! What ????
