This no-pad, no-helmet, 28 day camp will feature instruction of individual positions: quarterback, Olinemen, Dlinemen, wide receiver, running back, tight end, slot backs, linebackers, and defensive backs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">You will spend the entire camp concentrating on the ONE position you choose. Our professional coaches will give you a great opportunity to learn daily thru specific positional everyday drills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">To make this camp the Finest in North America we have added our famous LIGHTNING SPEED CAMP! Let me ask you something&#8230;If you were to attend a football combine and run a 5 flat forty and your buddy runs a 4.5 forty, who do you think the coaches would talk to first? You got it, your buddy who ran the better forty even though you maybe the better player. University coaches continue to talk to coaches and the one thing they always ask is what is their forty time?<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>SST\u2019s lightning camp is broken down into three levels:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Level 1 &#8211; Walk Before You Run!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emphasis is placed on Sprinting Form, Plyometrics and Agility Drills.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 2- Speed &amp; Strength!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Developed through the use of Power Sled Training and high intensity Plyometrics.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level 3 &#8211; Shock the Nervous System!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Power Sled Training, Plyometrics, and Overspeed Training<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>Level 4- Quickness and Power<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Learn how to move laterally efficiently and fast!<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">It is not uncommon for SST athletes to drop up to 5 tenths in only 8 weeks!
