Testing mobility, flexibility, strength, speed and power.
Coaches will educate and monitor each athlete’s nutrition for optimal sport performance.
Ensure each athlete understands the bodies mechanics and efficient positions for their sport.
Utilizing small hurdles, ladders and box jump variations, to improve mechanics and enhance your ability to absorb the forces of jumping.
Supervised strength training sessions that will build overall strength, increase power and improve athletic endurance.
