We wanted to update you on Marcelo’s provincial championships this weekend. He was first place in all his 8 races, earned the gold medal, and the coach will confirm if Marcelo broke the Ontario records for all the distances he raced 200, 400, and 1500m (we will let you know when it is confirmed).

Duration: 8 fantastic weeks. 3 hours each day (72 hours ​of instruction)

​11:00am to 2:00pm daily:

Monday - ​Skills and plyos/weights

Tuesday – ​Speed/ and plyos/ weights

Wednesday ​- ​OFF

Thursday - Speed and Functional

Friday ​- OFF
